These terms cover anything you buy from the HVX Music store. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose: you should be able to tell what you are agreeing to without a lawyer.

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page; your card details never reach our servers. Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment, not when you press the button.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.
The United States only. The payment page will not accept an address outside the US. We do not ship internationally at this time.
These are business days from the day payment clears, and they are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control. Getting the address right is on you: the payment page checks that an address is well formed, not that it exists, so a typo can send a parcel somewhere real and wrong.
A pre-order is a normal purchase. You are charged when you place it, and the item ships once it is available on the announced date.
If we miss that date, we will email you to explain the situation and give you a new one. Until an item ships, a pre-order cannot be cancelled for a change of mind, the same as any other order here.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must come back unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it, with any tags still attached.
Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility, and we cannot refund something that never arrived. Once we receive and check it, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
That is different, and it is on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including the return shipping, at no cost to you.
Items made or personalised to order, and anything returned outside the 30 day window or in a condition we cannot resell.
Listing a product is not a guarantee that we hold it. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
The music, artwork, photography, logos and text on this site belong to HVX Music or to the artists we work with. Buying a garment buys you the garment, not the right to reproduce what is printed on it.
We are responsible for delivering what you paid for, or refunding it. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond that, such as a missed event because a parcel arrived late. Nothing here removes rights US consumer law gives you.
These terms can change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you ordered, and the date at the top tells you which that was.
